Submitting News

Please read the guidelines for submissions to the CFVA eBulletin before submitting an article. If you are submitting a calendar event item, it must include basic information such as date, time, location, and cost in the text of your submission, or it will not be published.

You must submit news items about a coming event at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.

To submit an article to the eBulletin please type or paste the article in the form provided below, along with your contact information in the appropriate boxes. If you like you can create a short teaser (200 characters or less) which will make people interested in reading the full article. If not the system will use the first 200 characters of your article as the teaser. Contact information will not be visible to the public; it is for the editor to contact you for further details. When all required fields have been completed, click the Preview button.

You'll be shown the article as it will be sent to the editor, in a format that will work on the internet and with all formatting removed. This may not be what you had in mind. Please look over the changed copy carefully and remove any unusual characters that have appeared and correct any other oddities that are part of the “translation” process.

You can Preview again (recommended after any edit), or you can choose to Submit your article. You are responsible for what the item looks like in plain text.

Non-ASCII characters and HTML are not allowed. Click for more details and an explanation. CFVA reserves the right to edit all eBulletin submissions.
